§ 1 Scope
These terms apply to the use of Feldberg, operated by Mariana Research GmbH i.G., Tölzer Str. 1, 82031 Grünwald, Germany. By using the website and its forms you accept them.
§ 2 Services
Feldberg provides tools and content for succession and company sales: identification of potential buyers, indicative valuation ranges, a sale-readiness check and guides. Feldberg introduces contacts and provides estimates, but is not itself a buyer, broker or party to any transaction.
§ 3 No advice, no guarantees
Results, buyer lists and valuations are non-binding estimates. They are not legal, tax or investment advice and not a formal appraisal. No sale outcome and no specific price is promised.
§ 4 Use and information provided
Use is free of charge for sellers. Information you provide must be accurate; you may only submit data you are entitled to share. Abusive or unlawful use is prohibited.
§ 5 Confidentiality
Your information is treated confidentially and never publicly listed. It is shared with potential buyers only after your approval.
§ 6 Liability
We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. We are not liable for the services or conduct of third parties, in particular introduced buyers and advisers.
§ 7 Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
We may amend these terms and the scope of services; we will inform you of material changes by email. German law applies; the place of jurisdiction is Munich to the extent legally permitted.
